  The molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 18519846, 9660879).

  PSGL-1(P-selectin is the P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1) is a 125KD glycoprotein and the 250KD band represents the dimer.

  The identity of the bands below 75 kDa are unknown.

  Flow Cytometry - Anti-PSGL-1 antibody [EPR28170-27] (ab316113)

  Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse splenocytes cells labelling PSGL-1 with ab316113 at 1/500 dilution (0.1 ug)/Right compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (Rabbit IgG, monoclonal [EPR25A] - Isotype Control ab172730) / Left isotype control.

  Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 488, Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed ab150081) at 1/5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody.

  Gated on viable cells. Cells are co-stained with CD3 conjugated to Alexa Fluor®647.

  Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-PSGL-1 antibody [EPR28170-27] (ab316113)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized Mouse splenocyte cells labelling PSGL-1 with ab316113 at 1/50 (10.08 ug/ml) dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed antibody at 1/1000 (2 ug/mL) dilution (Green).
