This data was developed using ab322141, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
Low expression : HCT 116 (PMID : 17363564) PANC-1 (PMID : 31817229) A549 (PMID : 31811797).
The identity of the higher MW bands at approximately 37 kDa & 75 kDa (Lane 2 & Lane 5 respectively) are unknown.
The samples are unboiled.
