Immunoprecipitation - Anti-RANKL antibody [101] - BSA and Azide free (AB276057)
RANKL was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of Raji (human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line) whole cell lysate with 0.5 μL of ab276057 and 15 μl of 50 % Protein G agarose. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab276057 at 1/500 dilution. Rabbit IgG (H+L) Dylight 800-labeled antibody, was used as secondary antibody at 1/5000 dilution.
Developed using the odssey technique.
Performed under reducing conditions.
