Strep Tag II was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a Strep Tag II whole cell lysate with Anti-Strep-tag II antibody [11A7] ab252885 at 1/50 dilution. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using Anti-Strep-tag II antibody [11A7] ab252885 at 1/1000 dilution. Goat Anti-rat IgG (H+L), HRP) (Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (HRP) ab205720) was used at 1/10000 dilution.
