Interpolated concentration of native RBM3 was measured at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : HEK293T cell extract (62.5 ug/mL). The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological sample. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.

Interpolated concentrations of native RBM3 in human control wild type HEK293T (human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) and RBM3 knockout HEK293T cell based on 62.5 ug/mL extract loads. The concentrations of RBM3 were measured in duplicate and interpolated from the RBM3 standard curve and corrected for sample dilution. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values are plotted (mean +/- SD, n=2). The mean RBM3 concentration was determined to be 5022.9 pg/mL in wild type HEK293T extract (Human wild-type HEK293T cell line ab255449) and undetectable in RBM3 knockout HEK293T extract (Human RBM3 knockout HEK293T cell line ab266663).
