Biological function summary
RHOBTB1 is involved in the regulation of cytoskeletal dynamics which affects cell shape motility and possibly cell division. It is also implicated in intracellular signaling processes that control cell morphology. RHOBTB1 does not function alone; it interacts with other proteins possibly forming part of larger protein complexes that further expand its role in cellular activities.

RHOBTB1 plays a role in signaling pathways that include the Rho GTPase cycle and cellular processes related to cytoskeletal reorganization.
