This data was developed using ab325138, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed 0.1% TritonX-100 permeabilized EL4 (mouse lymphoma T lymphocyte) and Neuro-2a (mouse neuroblastoma neuroblast) cells labelling RILPL2 with ab325138 at 1/50 (10.28 µg/ml) dilution followed by ab150081 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) preadsorbed antibody at 1/1000 dilution (Green).
Confocal image showing cytoplasmic staining in EL4 cell line and no staining in Neuro-2a cell line (shown in green). The counterstain was observed in magenta. Nuclear DNA was labelled with DAPI (shown in blue).
Low expression : Neuro-2a.
Image was taken with a confocal microscope (Leica-Microsystems TCS SP8).
ab7291 Anti-alpha Tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody was used to counterstain tubulin at 1/1000 (1 ug/ml) dilution followed by ab150120 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) at 1/1000 (2 ug/ml) dilution (Magenta).
-ve control 1 : ab325138 at a 1/50 dilution followed by ab150120 at a 1/1000 dilution.
-ve control 2 : ab7291 at a 1/1000 dilution followed by ab150081 at a 1/1000 dilution.

This data was developed using ab325138, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
RILPL2 was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg EL4 (mouse lymphoma T lymphocyte) whole cell lysate with ab325138 at 1/30 dilution (2µg in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab325138 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP secondary antibody(HRP)(ab131366) was used at 1/5000 dilution.
