Immunofluorescence analysis of ICC-IF HeLa cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min labelling ROCK1 protein at nucleus and Golgi apparatus using ab97592 at a 1/500 dilution (Green). alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker was stained at a 1/1000 dilution (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue).
