Flow cytometric analysis of MCF7 (Human breast adenocarcinoma epithelial cell, Left) /PANC-1 (Human pancreatic epithelioid carcinoma epithelial cell, Right) cells labelling ROR1 with ab280197 at 1/500 dilution compared with a Rabbit monoclonal IgG (ab172730) (Black) isotype control and an unlabelled control (cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody) (Blue). Goat anti rabbit IgG (Alexa Fluor® 647, ab150079) at 1/2000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Negative control : MCF7 (PMID : 25835638, 26862065) Gated on viable cells.
