Intracellular flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells (2% paraformaldehyde-fixed) labeling Sacsin with Anti-Sacsin antibody [EPR11864-61] ab181207 at 1/470 dilution (red), or a rabbit IgG isotype control (green). Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) was used as a secondary antibody at 1/150 dilution.
