Immunofluorescence analysis of 4% paraformaldehyde fixed SH-SY-5Y cells labelling SARM1 protein using ab307496 at a 1/500 dilution at RT for 15 min (Green). alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker was stained with anti-alpha Tubulin antibody at a 1/1000 dilution (Red). The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (Blue).
