Low expression : kidney (PMID : 33035828)
Negative control : spleen, testis, lung (PMID : 15563450)
The expression profile/ molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 15563450).
SLC10A2/ASBT is a 40KD glycoprotein and the 80KD band represents the homodimer.
Samples are non-boiled as boiling may cause protein aggregation.
