Western blot - Anti-SMO antibody [HL2975] - BSA and Azide free (AB325873)
Boiled and unboiled wild-type (WT) and Smoothened homolog knockout (KO) T-47D cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ab325873 diluted at 1 : 1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

ab325873 detects Smoothened homolog protein by flow cytometry analysis. Sample : Non-transfected and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at 4ºC for 15 min and washed with 0.1% saponin buffer. The cells were following stained with ab325873 diluted at 1 : 50 or a Rabbit IgG isotype control at 4ºC for 1 hour.
