Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.

SNX17 (phospho S336) was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg 293T (human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) cells transfected with a human SNX17 expression vector containing a His-tag, whole cell lysate with ab316103 at 1/30 dilution (2ug in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab316103 at 1/1000 dilution. VeriBlot for IP secondary antibody(HRP)(ab131366) was used at 1/5000 dilution.

Critical regulator of endosomal recycling of numerous surface proteins, including integrins, signaling receptor and channels (PubMed : 15121882, PubMed : 15769472, PubMed : 39587083). Binds to NPxY sequences in the cytoplasmic tails of target cargos (PubMed : 21512128). Associates with retriever and CCC complexes to prevent lysosomal degradation and promote cell surface recycling of numerous cargos such as integrins ITGB1, ITGB5 and their associated alpha subunits (PubMed : 22492727, PubMed : 28892079, PubMed : 39587083).
