Flow Cytometry (Intracellular) - Anti-SNX4 antibody [EPR16954] - BSA and Azide free (AB236147)

Intracellular Flow Cytometry analysis of HeLa cells labelling SNX4 (red) with purified ab198504 at dilution of 1/60. The secondary antibody used was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat-anti-rabbit IgG (1/2000). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 90% methanol. Isotype control antibody was Rabbit monoclonal IgG (black). The blue line shows cells without incubation with primary antibody and secondary antibody.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab198504).
