Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human breast tissue using ab218522 at a 1/1000 dilution followed by a ready to use secondary antibody Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HRP polymer) (Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HRP polymer) ab214879).
Nuclear staining in human breast.
The section was incubated with ab218522 for 30 mins at room temperature.
The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument
Hematoxylin was used as a counter stain.
Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed with Citrate buffer (pH 6.0, Epitope Retrieval Solution 1) for 20 mins.

SOX10 was immunoprecipitated from 0.35 mg A375 (human malignant melanoma epithelial cell) whole cell lysate with ab218522 at 1/30 dilution (2µg in 0.35mg lysates). Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab218522 at 1/1000 dilution.
