Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U-251 MG (Human brain glioma cell line) cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, labeling SOX2 (green) using ab239218. Primary incubation time 1 hour (10 μg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor®488 secondary antibody (2 μg/ml). Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red).
Negative control: Non-immunized goat IgG (10 μg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor®488 secondary antibody (2 μg/ml).
Detected by chemiluminescence.
All lanes: Western blot - Anti-SOX2 antibody (ab239218) at 0.3 µg/mL
Lane 1: MCF-7 cell lysates at 35 µg
Lane 2: HEK293 cell lysates at 35 µg
Lane 3: MCF7 nuclear cell lysates at 35 µg
