Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed U-251 MG (Human brain glioma cell line) cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, labeling SOX2 (green) using ab239218. Primary incubation time 1 hour (10 μg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor®488 secondary antibody (2 μg/ml). Actin filaments were stained with phalloidin (red).

Negative control : Non-immunized goat IgG (10 μg/ml) followed by an Alexa-Fluor®488 secondary antibody (2 μg/ml).
