Transcriptional activator that binds with high affinity to the T-cell enhancer motif 5'-AACAAAG-3' motif (PubMed:30661772). Required for IL17A-producing Vgamma2-positive gamma-delta T-cell maturation and development, via binding to regulator loci of RORC to modulate expression (By similarity). Involved in skeletal myoblast differentiation by promoting gene expression of CALD1 (PubMed:26291311).

    This data was developed using Anti-SOX4 antibody [EPR28132-51] ab316850, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.

    Dot blot analysis of SOX4 using Anti-SOX4 antibody [EPR28132-51] ab316850 at 1:1000 (0.511 ug/ml) followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ab97051) at 1:100,000 dilution.

    This data was developed using Anti-SOX4 antibody [EPR28132-51] ab316850, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.

    The molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 38240850).

    The lysates were freshly made and used for Western Blotting immediately to minimize protein degradation.

    The identity of the lower MW bands at approximately 25kDa and 37 kDa are unknown.

    In Western blot, Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control (Anti-GAPDH antibody [EPR16891] - Loading Control ab181602) staining at 1/200000 dilution.

    Exposure time: Lanes 1-2:70 seconds; Lane 3 : 136 seconds
