The molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 38240850).

The identity of the lower MW bands are unknown.

This data was developed using ab316850, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.

The molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID : 38240850).

The lysates were freshly made and used for Western Blotting immediately to minimize protein degradation.

The identity of the lower MW bands at approximately 25kDa and 37 kDa are unknown.

Dot blot analysis of SOX4 using ab316850 at 1 : 1000 (0.511 ug/ml) followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (ab97051) at 1 : 100,000 dilution.

Blocking and diluting buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.

This antibody does not cross-react with human SOX5 and SOX6.
