SOX4 Dot Blot staining using rabbit Anti-SOX4 antibody
This data was developed using Anti-SOX4 antibody [EPR28132-51] ab316850, the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation.
Dot blot analysis of SOX4 using Anti-SOX4 antibody [EPR28132-51] ab316850 at 1:1000 (0.511 ug/ml) followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ab97051) at 1:100,000 dilution.
Lane 1: His-tagged human SOX4 recombinant protein fragment
Lane 2: His-tagged human SOX5 recombinant protein fragment
Lane 3: His-tagged human SOX6 recombinant protein fragment

The molecular weight observed is consistent with what has been described in the literature (PMID: 38240850).
The lysates were freshly made and used for Western Blotting immediately to minimize protein degradation.
The identity of the lower MW bands at approximately 25kDa and 37 kDa are unknown.
