To get a satisfying result, incubate the membrane with primary antibody for 3 hours at room temperature and then secondary antibody ab97051 at the dilution of 1 : 20,000 overnight. Acquiring WB image with ECL substrate of high sensitivity or using lower antibody dilution will also be helpful.
