For immunofluorescence analysis, mock and transfected HEK293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at room temperature for 15 minutes and permeabilized for detection of Strep epitope Tag using ab308418 at 1/500 dilution (green). Blue : Fluoroshield with DAPI.
