  Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Strep-tag II antibody [11A7] (ab252885)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized Strep tag-GFP transfected HEK-293T cells labelling Strep Tag II with ab252885 at 1/250 dilution (3.808μg/ml), followed by Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) ab150160 Goat Anti-rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor^® 594) antibody at 1/1000 (2μg/ml) dilution (Green). Confocal image showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining in HEK-293T cells transfected with GFP-tagged GluN1 zeta-1 expression vector. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

  Immunoprecipitation - Anti-Strep-tag II antibody [11A7] (ab252885)

  Strep Tag II was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a Strep Tag II whole cell lysate with ab252885 at 1/50 dilution. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab252885 at 1/1000 dilution. Goat Anti-rat IgG (H+L), HRP) (Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (HRP) ab205720) was used at 1/10000 dilution.

  Indirect ELISA - Anti-Strep-tag II antibody [11A7] (ab252885)

  Indirect ELISA analysis of Strep tag II at 1000 ng/ml with ab252885 at 2000-0 ng/ml. An Alkaline Phosphatase-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rat IgG (H+L) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution.

  Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Strep-tag II antibody [11A7] (ab252885)

  ab252885 staining Strep-tag II in Strep tag-GFP transfected HEK-293T cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised in 0.1% Triton X-100. The cells were then incubated with ab252885 at 1/250 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) ab150160 Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) antibody at 1/1000 dilution. Nucleus were visualized using DAPI.
