Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Strep-tag II antibody [11A7] - BSA and Azide free (AB255890)
Immunofluorescent analysis of 4% Paraformaldehyde-fixed, 0.1% Triton X-100 permeabilized Strep tag-GFP transfected 293T cells labelling Strep Tag II with ab252885 at 1/250 dilution (3.808μg/ml), followed by ab150160 Goat Anti-rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) antibody at 1/1000 (2μg/ml) dilution (Green). Confocal image showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining in HEK-293T cells transfected with GFP-tagged GluN1 zeta-1 expression vector. The nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
Secondary antibody only control : Secondary antibody is ab150160 Goat Anti-rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) at 1/1000 (2μg/ml) dilution.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab252885). ab252885 staining Strep-tag II in Strep tag-GFP transfected HEK-293T cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised in 0.1% Triton X-100. The cells were then incubated with ab252885 at 1/250 dilution, followed by ab150160 Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 594) antibody at 1/1000 dilution. Nucleus were visualized using DAPI. Confocal image showing nuclear and cytoplasmic staining in HEK-293T cells transfected with GFP-tagged GluN1 zeta-1 expression vector.

This data was developed using the same antibody clone in a different buffer formulation containing PBS, BSA, glycerol, and sodium azide (ab252885). Strep Tag II was immunoprecipitated from HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a Strep Tag II whole cell lysate with ab252885 at 1/50 dilution. Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using ab252885 at 1/1000 dilution. Goat Anti-rat IgG (H+L), HRP) (ab205720) was used at 1/10000 dilution. Lane 1(Input) : HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a strep tag whole cell lysate 2 μg Lane 2 (+) : HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a strep tag II whole cell lysate Lane 3 (-) : Rat monoclonal IgG2b (ab18541) instead of ab252885 in HEK-293T transfected with GFP expression vector containing a strep tag II whole cell lysate Observed MV : 26 kDa Blocking and dilution buffer and concentration : 5% NFDM/TBST.
