Anti-SUZ12 antibody [1B10] is a Rabbit Monoclonal antibody that is used in SUZ12 IHC-P, IP, Western Blot. Suitable for Human samples.

SUZ12 is a component of the Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2), which is involved in chromatin silencing and transcriptional repression. It helps methylate histone H3 at lysine 27 (H3K27me), leading to the suppression of gene expression. SUZ12 plays a crucial role in maintaining stem cell pluripotency and regulating developmental processes

Immunohistochemical analysis of ab314166 diluted at 1 : 100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human breast cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
