Intracellular flow cytometric analysis of 2% paraformaldehyde-fixed NCI-H2228 cells labeling TEMT with ab181854 at 1/250 dilution. Secondary antibody was Goat anti rabbit IgG (FITC) at 1/150 dilution. Isotype control: Rabbit IgG.
