Western blot - Anti-Tmem119 antibody [L128/43] - Chicken IgY (Chimeric) (AB325668)
Western blotting of mock transfected and TMEM119-FLAG transfected COS-7 lysates with ab325668 (10 µg/mL) and detected with anti-chicken-HRP. The antibody recognizes exogenous TMEM119 only in TMEM119-FLAG transfected COS-7 lysates at 40 kDa.
