In Western blot, ab322342 was shown to bind specifically to Transmembrane 4 L6 family member 1. Target of interest was observed at 19 kDa and 26 kDa in wild-type Hela cell lysates (lane 1) with no signal observed at this size in TM4SF1 knockout cell line (lane 2) (lane 2, knockout cell line Human TM4SF1 (Transmembrane 4 L6 family member 1) knockout HeLa cell line ab265743 / knockout cell lysate Human TM4SF1 (Transmembrane 4 L6 family member 1) knockout HeLa cell lysate ab258232).
Negative control: Jurkat (PMID: 1565644).
