Interpolated concentration of UBE3A was measured in duplicate at different sample concentrations. Undiluted samples are as follows : HeLa cell extract 31.25 ug/ml and HEK-293 cell extract 31.25 ug/ml. The interpolated dilution factor corrected values (to neat sample) are plotted (mean +/- standard deviation, n=2). Sample dilutions are made in 1% Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA). Data represented here are indicative of assay working using example of biological samples. However, we do not guarantee same sensitivity level due to biological variation.
