Performed under reducing conditions.
In Western blot, ab325397 was shown to bind specifically to UFL1. Target of interest was observed at 40, 80 kDa in wild-type HEK-293 cell lysates (lane 3) with no signal observed at this size in UFL1 knockout cell line (lane 4) (lane 4, knockout cell line ab266500 / knockout cell lysate ab258748).
