Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-ULBP3 Antibody [RP23040254] (AB313499)
Immunofluorescent analysis of GTL-16 cells fixed with 4% formaldehyde reconstituted in 1X PBS for 10 min at room temperature and permabilized using 0.1 % Triton X-100 in PBS for 15 min at room temperatulabeling endogenous ULBP3 with ab313499 at 1/100 dilution followed by Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugate at 1/2000 dilution. Nuclei (blue) were stained using DAPI and Rhodamine Phalloidin at 1/300 dilution was used for cytoskeletal F-actin (red) staining. Panel a-d) clearly demonstrates membrane localization of ULBP3 in GTL-16 cells. Panel e-h) shows no specific staining in A549 cells which is ULBP3 negative, demonstrating specificity. The images were captured at 60X magnification.
