Dot Blot - Anti-Vitamin B2 antibody [EPR20853-141] (AB218125)
Dot blot analysis of Vitamin B12 using ab218125 at 1/1000 dilution. Secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (ab97051) at 1/100,000 dilution.
Lane 1 : Ovalbumin (OVA)-Riboflavin
Lane 2 : OVA-Folic acid (carboxyl conjugation)
Lane 3 : OVA-Folic acid (amino conjugation)
Lane 4 : OVA-Histamine
Exposure time : 3 minutes.
Blocking/Diluting buffer : 5% NFDM/TBST
Folic acid and Histamine are the analogue of Riboflavin.
Ovalbumin (OVA)-conjugated small molecules are kindly provided by Dr Rao Yi.
