Dot blot analysis of Vitamin B12 using ab218125 at 1/1000 dilution. Secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) ab97051) at 1/100,000 dilution.
Lane 1: Ovalbumin (OVA)-Riboflavin
Lane 2: OVA-Folic acid (carboxyl conjugation)
Lane 3: OVA-Folic acid (amino conjugation)
Lane 4: OVA-Histamine
Exposure time: 3 minutes.
Blocking/Diluting buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST
Folic acid and Histamine are the analogue of Riboflavin.
Ovalbumin (OVA)-conjugated small molecules are kindly provided by Dr Rao Yi.
