Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-VSV-G tag antibody [EPR28362-204] (AB309106)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded cell pellets A) HEK293T (human embryonic kidney epithelial cell) co-transfected with a VSVG-tag expression vector containing a his tag and (B) HEK-293T cells transfected with empty vector staining VSV-G tag with ab309106 at 1/5000 dilution (0.101 ug/ml) followed by ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond®Polymer Refine Detection).
Cytoplasmic staining on VSVG-tag overexpression HEK293T cells, no staining on parental HEK293T cells.
The section was incubated with ab309106 for 30 mins at room temperature. The immunostaining was performed on a Leica Biosystems BOND® RX instrument. Counterstained with Hematoxylin.
Secondary antibody only control : Secondary antibody is ready to use LeicaDS9800 (Bond® Polymer Refine Detection).
Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0, epitope retrieval solution2) for 20 mins.
