SimpleStep® ELISA kits
Our SimpleStep ELISA® kits offer speed and simplicity without compromising on performance. Their single-wash protocol yields results in just 90 minutes, thanks to our CaptSure™ system, a semi-homogenous system that forms the antibody-analyte sandwich complex in solution in a single step.
Powered by our recombinant antibodies, our SimpleStep ELISA® kits deliver exceptional sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility, as well as low inter- and intravariability. Our broad portfolio covers over 900 key targets across research areas, including immunology, immuno-oncology and neuroscience.
To support your high-throughput workflows, we’ve launched a growing range of 384-well SimpleStep ELISA® kits compatible with automated liquid handling; all our standard 96-well kits can also be adapted to a 384-well format using the 384-well SimpleStep ELISA® microplate. Both these formats use the same quick and simple one-wash protocol as our standard kits but require only a quarter of the usual sample volume so you can maximize the data you get from your samples.

Carrier-free antibody pairs
To give you the flexibility you need, we’ve reformulated over 10,000 of our antibodies to be carrier-free (BSA, azide and glycerol-free). These conjugation-ready antibodies are ideal for customization, antibody labeling and functional assays.
We also offer over 1,800 matched antibody pairs (as well as their individual capture and detector antibodies) available in a carrier-free format, giving you ultimate flexibility to adapt your pair to your high-throughput assay of choice. We’re growing our catalog of carrier-free pairs every year to give you access to the targets you need.
Carrier-free pairs take you beyond ELISA: they’re invaluable in other assays adapted to high-throughput scales, like fluorescent proximity assays including TR-FRET.
