Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - B-CHP Collagen Hybridizing Peptide - Biotin Conjugate (AB325718)
Immunohistochemical analysis of FFPE embedded human kidney tissues labeled with ab325718 at 20 uM. CHP detected with streptavidin HRP DAB substrate (brown). Tissues were deparaffinized following standard procedures before undergoing heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) to purposefully denature all collagen in the sample. Counterstained with DAPI (Blue). This section was incubated over night at 4°C.

Immunofluorescence - B-CHP Collagen Hybridizing Peptide - Biotin Conjugate (AB325718)
Immunofluorescence (IF) analysis of FFPE embedded Rat skin tissues labeled with ab325718 at 20 uM. CHP detected with streptavidin Alexa Flour 647(magenta). Tissues were deparaffinized following standard procedures before undergoing heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) to purposefully denature all collagen in the sample. Counterstained with DAPI (Blue). This section was incubated over night at 37°C.
