Western blot using Anti-HA tag antibody ab13834 on 293 cells transfected with a 55 kDa HA-tagged minigene (ab20896).
Lane 1: Anti-HA tag antibody ab13834
Lane 2: Anti-HA tag antibody ab13834 with blocking peptide ab13835.
Primary: Rabbit polyclonal to HA tag (1/500)
Secondary: Alexa Fluor 680 Goat anti Rabbit IgG (1/5000).
Lysates at 10µg/lane.
All lanes: Western blot - Anti-HA tag antibody (Anti-HA tag antibody ab13834) at 1/500 dilution
All lanes: HEK-293 (Human) Whole Cell Lysate - expressing HA tag protein (ab20896) at 10 µg
