SDS-PAGE - Recombinant Cynomolgus monkey Axl protein (Fc Chimera) (ab220532).
The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue.
As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 110-125 kDa under reducing (R) conditions and 200- 240 kDa under non-reducing (NR) conditions.
