This recombinant GFP protein was constructed with N-terminal tag of HA2 peptide for efficient endosomal release after intracellular protein delivery, and C-terminal 9 arginine domain / 6His Tag, which will efficiently delivery this recombinant protein intracellularly.
Recombinant mCherry protein (His tag) ab199750 have a single excitation peak at about 488 nm, with an emission peak wavelength of 509 nm.
