CD58 also known as lymphocyte function-associated antigen 3 (LFA-3) is a glycoprotein with a molecular mass of approximately 60 kDa. It is present on the surface of various cell types including antigen-presenting cells epithelial cells and some other leukocytes. This protein serves as a ligand for CD2 which is expressed on T cells and natural killer cells.
