- It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized protein in 200 µL sterile deionized water to a final concentration of 1 mg/mL. Solubilize for 30 to 60 minutes at room temperature with occasional gentle mixing. After reconstitution store under sterile conditions for 3 months (-70°C). Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
