Immobilized ab220566 at 5μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Mouse CD40 Ligand, Fc Tag with a linear range of 1-16 ng/mL.
SDS-PAGE analysis of reduced ab220566 stained overnight with Coomassie Blue.
The protein migrates as 30 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
