TCS Antibody Purification Kit (ab109207) is designed to purify IgG fractions from tissue culture supernatant. The kit uses Protein A which has a high affinity for IgG molecules from a variety of species.

- All reagents (including Protein A resin) are ready-to-use as supplied.
- Up to 5 mg of antibody can be purified in each run.
- Compatible with our Lightning-Link® Antibody Conjugation Kits and Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit range.

Product details

TCS Antibody Purification Kit (ab109207) has been designed for tissue culture supernatant purification, and can be used to purify 10-50 mL in each purification. Each column can purify up to 5 mg of antibody.

This kit works by coupling highly purified protein A to agarose beads and can therefore be used to purify IgG fractions from hybridoma supernatants. The antibody is captured on the TCS resin and unwanted substances are removed by a simple wash procedure. The purified product is then eluted and neutralized.

The antibodies purified with the TCS Antibody Purification Kit are fully compatible with our Lightnign-Link® Antibody Conjugation kits and our Oligonucleotide Conjugation Kit. To purify antibodies from TCS for use with our nanoparticle conjugation kits, please use our TCS Antibody Purification Kit - Nanoparticles (ab270554).

ab109207 is not suitable for goat antibody purification.

This product is manufactured by Expedeon, an Abcam company, and was previously called AbSelect™ A Antibody Purification System. 862-0500 is the same as the 3 tests size. 862-0030 is the same as the 1 test size.
