FcR Blocking Reagent, Human (Flow Cytometry) (ab324362) contains purified normal human IgG to efficiently block and reduce non-specific antibody staining mediated by antibody Fc region interacting with Fcγ receptor expressed by macrophage, dendritic cells, NK cells and B cells.

We recommend using 2 µl (10 µg) per 1 million cells in 100 µl (final concentration 100 µg/ml).
