Lyophilized Exosome Standard (100 µg, Human Urine) (ab286884) contains purified exosomes (small-EVs) of human Glioblastoma-Astrocytoma cell line U87 MG origin. Available in 2x 100 µg or 5x 100 µg format. Suitable to use in the following applications:
- Control (spike-in) for EV quantification, protein marker analysis (ELISA, Western blot, Flow cytometry).
- Extraction and analysis of EV associated nucleic acids (qPCR, ddPCR, RNA seq) and NTA, fluorescent NTA (F-NTA).
- Single EV analysis by electron microscopy (TEM), Fluorescent microscopy.
- Number of particles in 100 µg: > 1x1010
