Western blot - Western Blot Stripping Buffer (AB282569)

Western Blot Stripping Buffer strips antibodies with minimal antigen loss.

Untreated HeLa cell lysate (4, 2,1 and 0.5 μg) was separated by SDS-PAGE and transfered to either nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. Blots were probed with an aAnti-GAPDH antibody (Panel A). After stripping with Western Blot Stripping Buffer, no residual signal was detected (Panel B). The blots were then re-probed with an Anti-Stat1 antibody (Panel C).
