Mechanism of Action: The Human B Cell Isolation Kit uses a negative selection method to remove unwanted cell populations and effectively enrich B cells. Non-B cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD2, CD3, CD14, CD15, CD16, CD36, CD43, CD56, CD57, CD123, CD161, CD235ab, and CD314.

Untouched human B cells were isolated from PBMCs using the Human B Cell Isolation Kit. Isolated cells were labeled with CD3-FITC and CD19-APC/Fire750. The fluorescently labeled cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Dead cells/debris were excluded from analysis.
