Mechanism of Action:The Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit uses a negative selection method to remove unwanted cell populations and effectively enrich CD4+ T cells. Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD8a, CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD24, CD49b, CD105, Gr1, Ter119, TCRγδ.

Untouched murine CD4+ T cells were isolated from splenocytes using the Mouse CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit. Isolated cells were labeled with CD3-APC and CD4-APC/Fire750. The fluorescently labeled cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Debris and dead cells were excluded from analysis.
