Flow Cytometry - Mouse T Cell Isolation Kit (AB322027)

Untouched murine T cells were isolated from a heterogenous splenocyte population using the Mouse T Cell Isolation Kit. Isolated cells were labeled with C19-FITC and CD3-APC. The fluorescently labeled cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. Debris and dead cells were excluded from analysis.

Mechanism of Action:The Mouse T Cell Isolation Kit uses a negative selection method to remove unwanted cell populations and effectively enrich T cells. Unwanted cells are labeled with an optimized cocktail of biotinylated antibodies targeting CD11b, CD11c, CD19, CD24, CD49b, CD105, Gr1, Ter119.
