Alpaca monoclonal [10A4] Anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody (ATTO 488) (ab325288) is a ready-to-go fluorescent camelid single-domain antibody (sdAb,nanobody, VHH) conjugate with maximum absorption wavelength of 499 nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 520 nm. Ideal for fluorescent cell and tissue imaging. Suitable for ICC/IF applications.

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Alpaca monoclonal [10A4] Anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody (ATTO 488) (AB325288)
PFA-fixed HeLa cells were stained with ab7291 Anti-alpha Tubulin antibody [DM1A] at a 1 : 2000 dilution, followed by ab325288 Alpaca monoclonal [10A4] Anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody (ATTO 488) at a 1 : 500 dilution (green).
Counterstained with ab92742 Anti-Ki67 antibody [EPR3610] at a 1 : 1000 dilution (purple). DAPI staining (blue).
Control-staining in the absence of primary antibodies.

Product details
Together with their monovalent binding mode, the defined fluorophore conjugation of ab325288 results in a quantitative and reliable readout for several fluorescence-based applications. It contains a defined number of fluorophores at known positions. In addition due to the small size the fluorophore displacement from the bound target protein is very low making ab325288 ideal for standard super resolution technologies.
