Donkey Anti-Goat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 750) is a preadsorbed secondary antibody with a maximum absorption wavelength of 749nm and a maximum emission wavelength of 775nm. Ideal for fluorescent cell and tissue imaging. Suitable for IHC, ICC/IF, Flow Cytometry and ELISA.

- Preadsorbed to prevent cross-reactivity and reduce background staining
- Intense fluorescence and high photostability allowing more time for image capture especially when detecting low abundance targets
- Minimal spectral overlap with other Alexa Fluor® dyes makes this ideal for use in multi-color analysis

Western blot - Donkey Anti-Goat IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 750) preadsorbed (AB175745)

This blot was produced using a 4-12% Bis-tris gel under the MOPS buffer system. The gel was run at 200V for 50 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane at 30V for 70 minutes. The membrane was then blocked for an hour using 5% milk blocking buffer before being incubated with ab9483 overnight at 4°C. Antibody binding was detected using ab175745 at a 1 : 10,000 dilution for 1hr at room temperature and then imaged using the Licor Odyssey CLx.

Specificity

By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with goat IgG and with light chains common to other goat immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Less than 1% cross reactivity to chicken, human, mouse, pig, rabbit and rat IgG was detected. This antibody may cross react with IgG from other species.
