ELISA - Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L preadsorbed (AB7148)
ELISA results of ab7148 against purified Human IgG MX10. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Human IgG [Red Line], Bovine IgG [Blue Line], Chicken IgG, Goat IgG [Purple Line], Guinea Pig IgG, Hamster IgG, Horse IgG, Mouse IgG, Rabbit IgG, Rat IgG, Sheep IgG. The working dilution is 1/184,500. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using Donkey Anti-Goat IgG HRP conjugated and TMB substrate.
