Specificity

ab136775 does not cross react with Human IgG, A, M.
Beta-galactosidase labelling provides good sensitivity and does not present endogenous activity in mammalian cells. It is well adapted to ELISA and produces no or very little background. It is more difficult to use in immunochemistry where its use can be justified only when the endogenous activities of other available labels produce significant problems.
